As a coach, or owner of a fitness or wellness studio, one of your main goals is to get more people to hire you for instruction or sign up for your classes. This is a hard task because you’re in a competitive industry, and you may not really like marketing yourself. But you have to do it. Luckily, there are some things you can do to make your website standout for you and work for you so that you can spend less time doing (boring) admin stuff and focusing more on what you love to do.
After working with numerous coaches and yoga studio owners, I’ve learned that when it comes to your website, you fear the “techie” stuff. I get it. The mere idea of logging in and editing your website or making changes wigs you out. But your website is an integral part of your business, so you have to make it the best it can possibly be. And you have to include things that make it easy for your clients – present and future – to get what they need. So let’s look at a few really important things you can do to take your current site from good to great.

In this video, I go over the most important things you need in your site so that you accomplish the following things:
- Attract visitors and keep them on your site
- Allow clients to book their sessions – either classes or one-on-one – and pay for them on your site
- Create a bio with action pictures that pushes people closer to signing up with you or hiring you
- Create a way for people to try you out and then convert them into loyal clients
- Use social media that you want to use and that will help you reach even more people
